Refund Policy

At Awesome Sleep, we understand that sleep products are personal and that you may need to try a product to know whether it’s right for you. For this reason, we offer a 7-day refund policy, which means you have seven days from the date your order is delivered to request a refund, subject to the conditions outlined below.

To be eligible for a refund, the request must be made within seven days of delivery, and proof of purchase such as an order number or receipt must be provided. We allow customers to open and try the product so they can make an informed decision. However, the product must not be fully consumed or excessively used, and it must be returned to our authorized warehouse for inspection. Refunds are intended for reasonable trial use only and not for extended or repeated use.

Certain items are not eligible for refunds. This includes products that have been fully consumed or heavily used, items that are damaged due to misuse or improper handling, sale or discounted items, gift cards, and products purchased from unauthorized sellers or resellers. If you are unsure whether your product qualifies for a refund, we recommend contacting us before initiating a return.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within forty-eight hours. Clear photos or videos may be requested so we can evaluate the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

To initiate a refund request, please email us at hi@awesomesleep.in with your order number and the reason for your request. Do not send the product back without contacting us first, as returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Once your refund request is approved, you will be asked to return the product to our authorized warehouse partner at the address below. Please ensure the package is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Awesome Sleep cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.

Refunds are processed only after the returned package has been safely received and inspected at our warehouse. Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. If more than ten business days have passed since refund approval, please contact us for assistance.

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, the fastest way is to place a new order after your refund has been processed.

Awesome Sleep is not responsible for refunds, replacements, or guarantees for products purchased from unauthorized sellers or distributors.
